Lindi Construction has successfully transformed a former school into 12 modern apartments, merging historical charm with contemporary living.

This comprehensive project included key upgrades such as a new roofing system and EIFS insulation to enhance energy efficiency. We reconfigured the interior layout to accommodate spacious apartments and installed new drywall, plaster, and paint throughout.

 Significant improvements were made to the electrical and plumbing systems, along with the installation of a central air conditioning system and a new staircase for enhanced accessibility. 

Each apartment boasts stylish two-toned kitchens featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, complemented by durable luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout the living spaces and hallways. 

Safety was prioritized with the addition of a fire alarm and sprinkler system, as well as a secure key fob entrance exclusively for residents. Notably, two apartments are designed to meet ADA compliance, ensuring accessibility for all residents.

The project also included landscaping to enhance the building’s curb appeal.
